DUBAI – Dubai Police have unveiled the latest addition to its elite luxury patrol fleet, the Bentley Bentayga Azure, showcasing it at the Dubai Airshow.

The high-performance model is designed to reinforce security presence, accelerate rapid response, and reflect Dubai’s innovation-driven policing standards.

The unveiling was led by Major General Eid Muhammad Thani, Assistant Commandant for Criminal Investigation Affairs, in the presence of senior officials and automotive executives.

Bentley Bentayga Azure unveiled

The launch ceremony brought together Brigadier Khalid bin Muwaiza, Director of the General Department of Anti-Narcotics; Brigadier Ali Al Muhairi, Director of the Air Wing Centre; Brigadier Omar Al Mutawa, Assistant Director General for Administrative Affairs; and Lieutenant Colonel Mohammed Abdul Rahman, Director of the Tourist Police Department. Joining them were key representatives from Bentley Emirates and Al Habtoor Motors, including Joseph Tayar and Dani Kakoun.

The new patrol features a powerful 542hp engine, 296g/km carbon emissions, and a fuel consumption rate of 12.1 litres per 100 km. With an elegant white exterior, 22-inch coated wheels, green leather interior, and rich brown wood detailing, the vehicle combines luxury with functionality. It represents Dubai Police’s signature approach of merging premium design with performance-driven capability.

Enhanced readiness

Maj-Gen Eid Mohammed Thani highlighted that deploying advanced patrol vehicles aligns with Dubai Police’s strategy to adopt state-of-the-art technologies that strengthen field operations and readiness. He noted that the Bentayga Azure will be stationed in key tourist areas and vital locations requiring heightened visibility.

The Assistant Commandant for Criminal Investigation Affairs added that Dubai Police remains committed to continuously upgrading its fleet with high-performance vehicles equipped with innovative technologies. This initiative is aimed at boosting response times and enhancing the overall quality of police services offered to the public.
